ELC INTERNSHIPS

Elim Leadership College (ELC) has three internship programmes each of which build on learning gained in the previous years to form a logical progression from years 1 to 3.  Integration of theory and practice is of primary importance throughout.  Teaching is delivered through online lectures and three 5-day block courses in Auckland.  Interns are guided and supported in their practical ministry by their local supervisor and mentor.
